full board accommodations, port fees, gas & diesel oil, food, skipper and teacher are graduate teacher, insurance, security material.
-Cruises Destination:
full board accommodations (except food),port fees, gas & diesel oil,  skipper and teaching by a graduate teacher, insurance, security material.

The « Caisse de bord »
At the beginning of the cruise, the crew will constitute a common moneybox (about 15 euros/day/person) dedicated to port's taxes, diesel oil and food for the crew and the skipper. Be careful: Some of lost materials during the cruises (ex: binocular, winch's handle) could be paid  for a part or all by the board money box. This decision belong to the skipper.

Insurance
Our professional contract civil responsibility include following guaranties:
Corporals and materials damages, alimentary intoxication , death, invalidity,  medicals costs. On express demand , a photocopy of the contract will be you communicated.

Cancel Insurance
You may subscribe an cancel insurance . We will  communicate you the contract .

Reservation
Be sure by phone of availabilities and take an option. Confirm in 5 days delay maximum by addressing us a completed and signed reservation form, with a 40% payment account or the integral amount according to departure dates. The balance is due one month before the departure

Cancellation for Ochapy
If by damage or any other reasons the cruise or the week-end couldn't be, the account or the balance would be completely payback without giving right to indemnities.

Defection or landing during the cruise
Any defection or abandon during the cruise don't give right to payback or compensation. It is the same in case of justify landing by the captain's decision by any attitudes susceptible to put the crew in danger. For your own security and the crew's, you have to advise  the skipper of any pathology or allergy. The consequences could be increased by a hard medical intervention in sea. If this pathology do not prevent the activity of cruising, you have take your medicine drugs with you.
Ochapy couldn't be responsible for any medical case.

Cruises' modifications
Rare or unexpected events, not controlled by Ochapy (meteorology and damages) can change cruises' program (places, or hour of beginning or ending of cruises, substitution yacht). In this case, no payback or indemnity could be due by Ochapy .
